Special General Meeting
A Special General Meeting was held on Tuesday 27th September at 18H00 at the Sunnyside Park Hotel, Princess of Wales Terrace, Parktown.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider and approve ammendments to the SADA constitution (MOI).
Due to the fact that there was not a quorum, an adjourned meeting was held on 4th October when the draft Memorandum of Incorporation was approved.
